Facility Amenities
Full care board at Annie’s Answer includes:
A large 12x12 stall
Individual and group turnout options
All night turnout in the warmer months and all day turnout in the winter
Grain 2x per day with feeding of owner provided supplements (Annie’s Answer feeds Hallway Feeds but owner provided grain is permitted)
Hay 2x per day while horses are inside
Midday check during the warmer months and night check in the winter
Unlimited round bales in hay huts during winter months
Blanketing and fly gear/fly spray
Daily mucking
Daily water changes with heated buckets in the winter
Pastures with automatic waterers
Access to all facility amenities.
Our facility includes:
3 large, spacious barns with 12x12 stalls.
Clean & organized tack rooms.
Indoor & Outdoor hot & cold wash bays.
Well-manicured and meticulously cared-for pastures.
"Dry-lot" turnout options.
Covered automatic hot-walker
Large indoor arena with properly maintained high-quality footing.
Oversized outdoor jump arena with brand new show jumps.
Outdoor show-quality dressage arena.
Cross-country field with ditches, banks, water complex, etc.
Plenty of space for conditioning and hacking.
Owner and staff live on-site.
Options to work off boarding fee may be available through assisting with chores, farm maintenance, and Annie’s Answer equine assisted therapy programs. Please reach out for more information.
Outside trainers welcome. Lessons and training also available on site through Bay Star Sporthorses.
