Registration

To participate with Annie’s Answer, complete the corresponding Registration Form below. Your registration will be sent to us, and you will also receive a copy sent to your email for confirmation. If scholarship is requested, you must complete the scholarship application (below) when completing registration forms. Please allow at least 48 hours for someone to contact you to confirm/schedule.

Important: If the application is not fully completed per the instructions, it cannot be considered.
